Total reps is your score.
4 Rounds
Step-ups 24" 18# Kettlebells - 45sec
Rest 15 Sec
Step-ups 20" 35# Kettlebells - 45sec
Rest 15 Sec
Step-ups 16" 53# Kettlebells - 45 sec
Rest 60 Sec, then repeat.

At Home:

4 rounds
25x Air Squats
25x Push-ups
