7 rounds for time of:
5 Push Presses
5 Pull-ups
5 Double Unders or 25 single jumps

Post total time.

At Home: Warm-ups and Scale as needed

1 round
150x Box jumps (try and find a stable 8" to 16" thing to jump on)
Run 800 Meters
