Fight Gone Bad

This will be scaled:

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball 10 ft target (Reps),
Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps),
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps),
Push-press 75 pounds (Reps),
Row (Calories).

1 minute rest in between rounds.

Think, "paint the fence." There are reasons for the things we do. Sometimes painting the fence sucks until we block the punch coming at our face.

  1. I am glad for the diversity in this program. I like mixing it up. I think it gets results quicker.
