Scaled Version - 10 deadlifts @ 115lbs (guys) 95lbs (gals) & 10 push-ups each round
Post total time.
At Home:
8 rounds
30-sec Handstand hold (Do a handstand against the wall, if you can't do 30 sec do it as long as you can)
10x Squats
