What is CrossFit? A great video.

Wasatch CrossFit put together a great little CrossFit video. It made me want to walk away from my desk to workout immediately. Here it is, CLICK ME.

    I am sooo addicted! CrossFit puts a new meaning to workin' out! I loved the video from Wasatch. I to wanted to get up from my desk and join them! Seriously! I love it!
